Overall noise control is great inside the cabin as well. How's the interior? The cabin is roomy and has plenty of space. The QX50 is low enough to make hopping inside an easy task for most people. Finding the right driving position shouldn't be a problem the steering wheel has ample vertical adjustment and can telescope forward and back. Forward visibility is fantastic over the hood. Hows the storage? The cargo area's ample size and helpful features really stand out here. There's plenty of space, and that's even before you fold the back seat or use the in-floor storage. This is one area where the Infiniti holds a competitive advantage over its closest rivals. Civilized ride quality, spacious and comfortable interior, bold styling. In our testing, the all-wheel-drive QX50 accelerated to 60 mph in 6.4 seconds, which is in line with the Acura RDX. Every QX50 has a comfortable and quiet cabin that includes a spacious rear seat with reclining seatbacks which proved to be a highlight of the 2019 QX50 that we had in our long-term test fleet. The QX50 has 31 cubic feet behind the back seat and up to 65 cubes with the 60/40 split-folding rear bench folded flat. We managed to fit nine carry-on suitcases with the seats up and 22 with them down. Loading is helped by the motion-activated power liftgate that is standard on all but the base trim.
