Rivian also sells a higher-amperage charger (Rivian Wall Charger) that can be installed in your home; it can add 25 miles of range per hour and fully charge the battery in about 13 hours. The quickest way to charge the R1T is by plugging in at a DC Fast Charging station. These Level 3 public chargers can add up to 140 miles of range in as little as 20 minutes. The R1T is an all-new vehicle, so it's hard to say how long the battery will last. Rivian covers the battery with an eight-year/175,000-mile warranty.
