Just arrived 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 4 door extended cab. Z71 and 4wd with a 5.3 V8. Dual Exhausts, nice tires and wheels, side steps and a bed liner. Everything works and the truck drives and looks great. Previous NC owner had it for 17 years. I can't provide a warranty because of the age but feel free to take it to your mechanic before you buy it.
