Nelson Long partnered with Andy Trotter in 1976 at a Pontiac, Fiat dealership on Broad Street. Prior to that, he served as a Captain in the US Army, earned a Master's Degree, and worked in various sales and management positions in dealerships. Working with industry professionals, Nelson Long has continued to grow Long Automotive. The dealership has successfully navigated economic downturns and taken advantage of growth opportunities. The dealerships consistently rank among the highest in the nation for customer satisfaction. Nelson believes in community involvement, serving on numerous boards, including past chairman of the Salvation Army, Explorer Boy Scouts, and the First Presbyterian Church Deaconate. We strive to create a welcoming environment for both employees and customers. We have many long-term employees and customers. While we aim for perfection, we are committed to rectifying any errors.
