When I was buying my first car as a young man that was my first thought and what a horrible experience it was - I felt deceived and manipulated and the process took all day! I felt like they put me in a room and tortured me until I gave into their demands. I felt helpless and confused in the process and it was one of the worst experiences I ever had. Unfortunately most everyone has had a similar experience purchasing a car. So when I started this dealership in 2011, I decided to do things differently.
